Regulatory compliance
When you design a custom sign, you're responsible for making sure it meets the safety standards and regulations that apply to you. Custom signs are a final sale and can't be refunded.
Condition on delivery
We stand behind our products leaving the warehouse free of damage or defects. Please check your order when it arrives and use each sign for its intended purpose. We're not responsible for damage caused by improper installation.
Warranty
Our warranty covers an exact replacement of the product purchased, when it's clear the item was defective or incorrect at the time of purchase. It doesn't extend to other losses or costs from using, or being unable to use, a sign.
